Production time is now 1-3 weeks

We ship Worldwide. The most common countries we ship to are Australia (where we are located), New Zealand, United States, Canada,England and some European countries. If your country isn't listed, please kindly send us an email so we can add it to the list.

**Shipping times do not include production times, during high volume periods, sales production times may vary.

 

SHIPPING DOMESTIC:

We ship all over Australia for the flat rate of $9.95 with Australia Post and with Sendle courier .

Expected delivery time is between 4-10 business days.

Express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee, please fill in the Contact us form should you need something faster than a Greyhound!

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:

For 1-2 bibs/danas (Under 250g)

• Australia Post $18.00 (Approx. USD$13.5)

Postage will take between 15-25 business days

Even though we are confident that there won't be any additional charges as we are very familiar with all the rules of different countries. The customer is responsible for any additional customs or duty charges on their packages.

Occasionally shipments may be delayed, especially for international shipping.  These are circumstances beyond my control. 

If your parcel is being delivered by Sendle, there is limited information provided by the tracking number as it is a third-party courier. However, this is the most cost-effective way to post 1-2 items.

If your shipment is delayed fill in the CONTACT US form with your order number and I will try to work on my end in locating your package.
