It's very and most important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Each bib is made with love and every single stitch is handcraft by us.

If you need to return an item, please fill in the  Contact us form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.   

• The item must be in new condition and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 
• CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. 
• Refunds & exchanges should be made within 30 days.
• We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.
