Shipping policy

We ship Worldwide. The most common countries we ship to are Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, and some European countries.  I use both Sendle and Australia Post for domestic shipping. 

With international shipping, depending on the quantity and weight of the order, we mostly use UPS ( EXPRESS SHIPPING) for order with three items and more as it has the most reasonable rate and reliable service. Generally, it takes only 5 working days to arrive in the international country.

Order with a single item, we use a company called Sendle and generally, it takes 3 weeks to arrive in the international country.

The customer is responsible for any additional customs or duty charges on their packages.

Occasionally shipments may be delayed, especially for international shipping.  These are circumstances beyond my control. 

If your parcel is being delivered by UPS /Australia Post, a tracking number will be provided.

However, if your parcel is being delivered by Sendle, there is limited information provided by the tracking number as it is a third party courier. However this is the most cost-effective way to post a single item, and we have not had a single parcel not being delivered by this service, touch wood.
