Shipping policy

We ship Worldwide. The most common countries we ship to are Australia (where we are located), New Zealand, United States, Canada,England and some European countries. If your country isn't listed, please kindly send us an email so we can add it to the list.

**Shipping times do not include production times, during high volume periods, sales production times may vary. Haven't said that, most of our bibs are already made and ready to ship.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC:

We ship all over Australia for the flat rate of $9.95 with Australia Post.

Expected delivery time is between 4-10 business days.

You can also pick Express shipping should you need something faster than a Greyhound!

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:

For 1-2 bibs/danas (Under 250g)

Postage will take between 3-10 business days

Even though we are confident that there won't be any additional charges as we are very familiar with all the rules of different countries. The customer is responsible for any additional customs or duty charges on their packages.

Occasionally shipments may be delayed, especially for international shipping.  These are circumstances beyond my control. 

If your shipment is delayed fill in the CONTACT US form with your order number and I will try to work on my end in locating your package.
